How should I store my DESITIN® product?

To ensure your product continues to meet your needs, we recommend storing your DESITIN® at 68°F - 77°F (20°C to 25°C) in a cool, dry place. Be sure to protect your product from excessive heat or conditions that would cause it to freeze.

Did you change the name of your product?

This is still the same product you know and love, just with a new name. Rapid Relief is now Daily Defense and is gentle enough to use at every diaper change.

What are the differences between your product offerings?

The difference is in the level of the active rash-fighting ingredient, Zinc Oxide. While Daily Defense contains 13% Zinc Oxide, Maximum Strength contains 40% - the highest percentage available without a prescription. We recommend keeping both on hand – use the blue preventatively or at the first sign of pink, and the purple when the rash becomes more severe.
